Kamp Kinderdance
Fee: $75 R / $80 NR
Kinderdance is a planned developmental dance/movement and fitness program taught on 3 levels, teaching the basics of Ballet, Tap, Acrobatics, Motor Skills, and Creative Dance while blending educational concepts.
Kamp Kinderdance will be held Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM. Children will learn about dance, gymnastics and crafts, with a snack each day. We will host a show for families and guests on the Friday. Please bring one solid-color T-shirt per participant to make a costume!
Ages: 3-6 years. Regular Programming is 9AM - 12PM each day. Regular fees are $75 R / $80 NR per week.

Creative Writing Camp

Listen to and read various books or short stories. Discover how the stories are organized, how the characters develop and how the plot proceeds to the conclusion. Then compose, write and illustrate your own story and bind it into a book!
Ages: 6-13 years. Regular Programming is 9AM - 12 PM each day. Regular fees are $65 R / $70 NR per week. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee. Children dropped of early or picked up late will be permitted to play in the Recreation Center Gymnasium, Game Room and Lobby only and will be supervised by the Front Desk staff.

Fencing Camp

Instructor: Gary Murray
Anyone who is at least six years old is welcome to come learn to fence with the U.S. Fencing Coaches Association 2000 Coach of the Year, Gary Murray. Coach Murray has coached 5 national champions, one world champion, one Olympian and numerous Jr. Olympians. Camp will include fencing instruction, games and relays. Breaks will include playing in the Recreation Center's gym and game room. All equipment is provided.
All camp participants must bring a sack lunch each day!

Watercolor Camp

Instructor: Sheila Beck
Mrs. Beck began her art education in 1953, and has been learning, creating, and teaching ever since. Her works are included in private collections in the United States, Great Britain and Australia, and have been featured in exhibitions worldwide. She is proficient in all mediums but particularly enjoys the pure, vibrant colors achieved in watercolor. These classes are perfect for children with an interest in art - from beginners to the most advanced! All materials are included - for children 8-16 years old.

You will learn a variety of magic tricks to amaze your family and friends! All students will get a kit to take home - instructions and equipment for each trick you learn to perform during the camp. For kids and adults!

Abracadoodle / Wild Wild West Camp

Join Abrakadoodle in the Wild, Wild West for a Rootin’ Tootin’ Doodlin’ good time! We will create a pair of cowboy boots, wrangle a rattlesnake, have a powwow with the Indians, and create an art adventure you won’t want to miss. We will play games, listen and sing along to music plus tell campfire stories while on the trail. So get ready for cowboy and cowgirl fun in Abrakadoodle’s Wild Wild West!Ages: 3-12 years. Abracadoodle / Zoodoodle Safari Camps

Lions and tigers and snakes, oh my! Off on safari we go and create jungle cats, monkeys, elephants and more while on this adventure with Abrakadoodle. We’ll make safari art with paints, modeling materials and wild animal print papers. During camp we will create pictures of your awesome adventure. We will play games, listen and sing along to music, plus tell animal tales while on the exploration. So pack your gear and go on a ZooDoodle Safari with Abrakadoodle!

Ahoy all mateys - come aboard as we travel to Pirate Island! You will create pirate ships, sand castles, treasure maps, sea monsters, ship flags, doubloon necklaces, and more while exploring sand painting, sculpture, puppetry, paper construction and other art media. Between pirate activities, we will sing songs, read stories and play games!Ages: 3-12 years. Regular Programming is 9AM - 12PM (3-5 years old) and 1PM - 4PM (6-12 years old) each day.
