Georgetown Parks and Recreation announces spring break camps

Georgetown Parks and Recreation will offer spring break camps for students March 11-15, 2024. Pricing and schedules vary for each program.

Participants can select from five camps:

  • SOLD OUT Camp Goodwater (ages 5 (enrolled in Kindergarten)-12; $165 resident/$206 nonresident) includes traditional camp games, crafts, board games, and a field trip (venue TBD).
  • Tennis Camp (ages 7-12; $165 resident/$206 nonresident) focuses on stroke instruction, footwork drills, court games and match play.
  • Adventure Camp (ages 11-13; $350 resident/$440 nonresident)  includes day camp adventures plus a 3 day/2 night overnight adventure to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma.
  • Turn-Fit Basketball Camp (ages 6-18; $100 resident/$125 nonresident) offers participants the opportunity to improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense techniques, and other game-related training.
  • Turn-Fit Football Skills Camp (ages 6-16; $80 resident/$100 nonresident) combines technical development, athletic performance, hand eye coordination, agility, and speed, along with form and techniques, with safety as the major focus.
