Bench Blast: Class is 45 minutes of nonstop cardiovascular exercise. Simple but intense exercises, ending with abs, arms, and a 5-minute cool down. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Cammy Rogers.
Body Toning: One solid hour of abs, arms and legs. Light weights for those who want to improve muscle tone and bone density. No coordination required! For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Leesa Hill
Cross Training: This class is for all abilities - great way to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, toning, and strength. Class will meet either in the gym or go outside, and will engage in a wide variety of fitness activities and games. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Leesa Hill.
Lunch Crunch: 15 minutes of solid abs! For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Misha Lee Mat Toning: Non-impact floor work to tone and strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, in a method similar to Pilates. Also uses the balance ball. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Brittany Arlitt.
Pilates Classes: The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system exercises developed originally by Joseph H. Pilates. The Beginner / Intermediate Pilates class strengthens and tones muscle, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. Power Pilates uses balls, bands, small weights and other equipment to take your Pilates workout to the next level, so some experience is needed. For ages 12 and up. Taught by certified Pilates instructor Jackie Holcomb.
Quick Cardio: Fast lunchtime workout! 30 minutes of sports-related cardio training. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Misha Lee
Silver Sneakers Fitness Program: Low-impact class which promoted increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. For adults only. Instructor: Leesa Hill
Spinning: This innovative aerobic workout is done indoors on a specially designed stationary bike. The instructor leads the class up and down hills and across flat areas by adjusting speed and tension on the bikes. Class is limited to 13 participants on a first come / first served basis. Participants may sign up no more than 30 minutes in advance! Please bring a towel and a bottle of water to each class. For ages 14 and up. Instructors: Marnie Marx, Ali Webb, Leesa Hill, Laura Quiroz
Step: This evening class will be for the beginner to intermediate step aerobic enthusiast. This is designed as a mid-low level intensity class. If you have ever thought of trying out a step class, this is for you. For ages 12 and up. Instructors: Brittany Arlitt and Kellie Winter.
Step & Tone: For beginner to intermediate, stepping for cardio & weights for strengthening and toning, for increased strength and form. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Misha Lee
Strength Zone: Total body weight training with emphasis on flexibility and balance. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Brittany Arlitt
Super Cardio: Advanced and intense cardio workout! For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Cammy Rogers
Wake-up Workout: This beginner class begins with 40 minutes of Cardio step work, followed by 20 minutes of toning and a cool down. For ages 12 and up. Instructor: Shari Shepard
