Sunset Movie Series
Location: The Legacy Pavilion, San Gabriel Park, 445 E. Morrow St.
Georgetown Parks and Recreation’s Sunset Movie Series is a free summer film series presented by the Friends of Georgetown Parks and Recreation.
Bring a blanket or chairs, some snacks and enjoy the family movies we have scheduled this summer. Come out early for free popcorn and activities!
All movies will begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m.
Movies will be canceled if weather conditions are predicted to be too wet or unsafe. Cancellations will be decided by 2 p.m. on the date of the event, and notice will be posted on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

- Smoking is prohibited
- Blankets and chairs are allowed
- Personal food is allowed
- Friendly dogs on leash are welcome

June 14
Trolls Band Together (PG)
This third installment of the Trolls franchise finds friends Poppy and Branch as a couple. But as they get to know each other more, it is revealed that Branch was a member of the old popular boyband BroZone when he was younger. Not only that, but the group members are his real-life brothers to boot. However, when they disbanded, Branch never saw his boyband brothers again until his brother Floyd is kidnapped. Branch mobilizes his family for the rescue.

Barbie (PG-13)
Barbie and Ken are having the time of their lives in the colorful and seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. However, when they get a chance to go to the real world, they soon discover the joys and perils of living among humans.
August 9
Super Mario Bros.
While working underground to fix a water main, Brooklyn plumbers and brothers Mario and Luigi are transported through a mysterious pipe to a magical new world. But when the siblings are separated, an epic adventure begins.

We are looking for some volunteers to help with our Sunset Movie Series! This fun summer event will take place inside San Gabriel Park at our Legacy Pavilion. Volunteers will help with set up, giving out swag, or helping with popcorn.
