August Fitness Class Schedule Changes

The following classes are moving back into the Multipurpose Room at their regularly scheduled times:

  • Body Toning AM class (MWF) – 8-9 a.m. starting Fri., Aug. 24
  • Yoga Fit (Tues. Morning) – 10:45-11:45 a.m., starting Tues., Aug. 28
  • Power Pilates (MW) – 11-11:45 a.m., starting Wed., Aug. 29
  • Pilates (MW) – 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m., starting Wed., Aug. 29
