This boot camp style class is designed to help you reach your fitness goals, transform your body, and burn calories. Every class is different and is always a total body challenge. It is a great way to start your day!
Class will take place outside in the courtyard, weather permitting.
No proration except for late registration. Please register early! A course will be canceled if it has not met the minimum number of participants three days prior to the start date.
