We’ll begin our journey with a kayak to the far side of Lake Georgetown. We’ll kayak to Crockett Springs to view a scenic waterfall and we’ll rappel off of a 40 foot cliff and land on a kayak in the water. No experience is necessary to participate.  Participants will receive instruction in basic kayak handling and rappelling. We will provide sit-on-top kayaks, paddles, life jackets, dry bags, harnesses, helmets, ropes, and guides.  You will need to bring a sack lunch and items from our Participant Preparation Form Water Sports.  Please make sure you complete our Release for a minor or Adult Release and bring it with you for the trip.  We will meet at the Russel Park Boat Ramp on Lake Georgetown. Please be aware that you might be required to pay a $5 fee to enter the park.  For more information, call Joe Armstrong at (512) 763-8365.
