Public Stargazing Nights at Garey Park on Oct. 18 & Nov. 15

Come enjoy the stars at Garey Park!

In partnership with Dr. Mark Bottorff, Southwestern University Physics, and the Williamson County Astronomy Club, Garey Park is hosting public viewing nights under the stars on Thursday, Oct. 18 and Thursday, Nov. 15 from 8-10 p.m.

Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the last entry into the park will be 8:30 p.m. $2/person entry fee is required. Children under 3 are free. Preregistration is recommended as this event will be capped at the first 50 registrations. Walk-ins will be accepted, based on availability.

On hand to guide viewing will be Southwestern University Physics Department faculty and talented observers from the Williamson County Astronomy Club.
