Youth Volleyball League
$44 Resident | $53 Nonresident
BUMP, SET, SPIKE! Georgetown Parks & Recreation invites your child to join our Youth Girls’ Volleyball League. This recreational league promotes teamwork, fun, being active, as well as skill development to prepare participants for middle school volleyball. All skill levels are welcome. Games and practices will be held at the Georgetown Recreation Center.
We encourage all parents and coaches to make this a fun learning experience for our children. We do not keep win/loss records. We do emphasize fun, friendship, sportsmanship, and learning over winning and losing, and every child will have the opportunity to play.

The first Saturday will be for practices and the remaining eight Saturdays will be games.
Regular Registration: August 19-October 1
Late Registration: October 2-9 ($10 late fee applies)
First Practice: October 22 or 24-Practice day and time will be chosen at the Coaches Meeting
First Game: October 26
All participants and volunteer coaches will receive a team T-shirt in the third week and a medal at the end of the season. A Picture Day will be scheduled with team and individual portraits provided by a vendor. You may purchase packages directly from the vendor.
VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED! All coaching is provided by unpaid parent volunteers. We rely on you to make this a fun, non-competitive way for kids to learn the sport. No experience is required – just a good attitude!
Because the safety of our participants is our highest priority, all volunteer Coaches must pass a background check before the season begins.
