You will have a customized nutrition plan designed specifically for you, which incorporates your lifestyle and food preferences.

Choose a service and contact the provider to set up your initial appointment. Pay the required fee at the front desk at the time of your first visit. Membership is not required to use Nutrition Services. For any other visits to the Recreation Center, a membership or day fee is required.

Therapeutic Nutrition Services

We are what we eat, and a huge factor in weight reduction or better nutrition is understanding how our bodies metabolize certain foods and supplements. You can dramatically improve your body composition, physical performance and mood with therapeutic and holistic nutrition plans. All nutrition plans take into account your medications, family history, current health conditions and fitness levels.
