A pure strength-based class for a full body workout. Barbells are used to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body. This class is focused on low weight loads, and high repetition movements, which is designed to create lean body mass. Come challenge all your major muscle groups. Enjoy the blood pumping music while performing a variety of exercises ranging from squats, presses and curls.
No proration except for late registration. Please register early! A course will be canceled if it has not met the minimum number of participants three days prior to the start date.
