Program Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

This free 90-minute orientation is led by a Certified Personal Trainer, and designed to educate individuals on the basics of weight room etiquette and equipment. The session will include an overview of the cardiovascular and strength training machines. Youth that are 14 years of age will receive a wristband upon completion of the course. This will allow them to utilize the weight room without adult supervision, and must be worn at all times while exercising. Meet in the lobby prior to orientation.
