Customized Programs

Want to schedule your own private adventure? Private group rates are based on the type of group (business or nonprofit) and residency of the organization. Residents must live inside the City Limits of Georgetown. All programs require a 10-person minimum. Program times include travel to and from location. Prices include transportation to and from Georgetown (up to 13 people), park entry fees (if traveling with Georgetown Parks and Recreation), all necessary outdoor gear, and staff.

Requesting a Program

The Georgetown Outdoor Adventure program must be requested at least 2 weeks before the requested activity date. Programs range from two to eight hours and are available throughout the year, during daylight hours.

To begin the scheduling process, the Adventure Program Request Form must be submitted to the Georgetown Outdoor Adventure Office to see if your requested date is available. After confirming your group on our calendar, we will then begin to coordinate and staff your program.

Billing Information

  • At least 14 days prior to your program you must declare the number of participants who will be in attendance. This declaration of attendance is necessary to schedule staff and program the day’s events.
  • A 20% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure the approved requested date.
  • The remaining program balance is due 14 days before the program start date, unless the program coordinator has made other arrangements with your group.
  • Payments are to be received at the Parks and Recreation Administration Building. Please make checks out to “City of Georgetown.”
