DanceFit for Kids is more than your typical dance fitness program, it is specifically created with the social, emotional, and physical developmental stages of children in mind. In addition to dancing for fun and fitness, the body-positive curriculum will incorporate ice breakers, games, basic music terminology and dance education.

Coaching is always positive and encouraging in order to build confidence and self-esteem.
