Tuesday/Thursday, 7-7:45 a.m.
Balance the body with functional flexibility and stress relief. The calls will feature standing balance work followed by a gently total body stretch. Movements are easy to follow, safe and effective.

Monday, 4:30-5:15 p.m.
Yoga for beginners and anyone wanting gentle yoga. Easy-to-follow, beginner level movements for low intensity endurance. Postures will be taught for a better understanding of movement and alignment. Goals will work towards balance, strength and breathing work for an overall stress reducing experience.

Our motivational Boot Camp curriculum includes circuit training, body toning, cardiovascular exercise, core training and much more. Learn about relaxation techniques, better nutrition, and how to set realistic goals. No matter what your fitness level, you will be able to benefit from this class because the workout will be personalized to meet your individual needs – you will see results!

Monday/Wednesday, 10:45-11:45 a.m.
Class begins and ends with mindful meditation and breathwork. We stretch and then “flow” Vinyasa style, through a sequence of yoga postures that will increase your strength, flexibility and mobility. Clear your mind, relieve stress/anxiety, and improve your balance with this physical practice with a focus on the breath and energetic bodies. Build confidence with modifications and props to take your practice to your best personal level. Beginners welcome.
Ages 12+

Tuesday/Thursday, 6:35-7:35 p.m.
A mixture of cardiovascular fitness, strength training and muscle endurance. Using weighted and bodyweight exercises, battle ropes, bands, running, jogging and cycling. High-Intensity interval training, all with one goal in mind, to improve your overall fitness performance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, HIGH/Low is a new, modernized workout based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop, easy-to-follow cardio and toning moves set to popular music we all know and love. Adaptable to all fitness levels, you can go high or you can go low, but you’ll always leave feeling HIGH!

FREE
This free, 90 minute orientation is led by a certified personal trainer and designed to educate individuals new to strength training. This session will include an overview of the cardiovascular and strength training machines in the weight room. Groups will meet outside the weight room in the lobby.

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!

This class blends body sculpting techniques and specific
Zumba® moves into one calorie-burning, strength training class. Use of light weights. Join the fun – see and feel the results!
