Water Aerobics

Join our certified instructors as they take you through fun and exciting 45- to 60-minute routines that will give you a workout! Though all equipment is provided, participants are welcome to bring their own. Water shoes are encouraged for shallow water classes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class.
Work at your own pace and utilize any modifications necessary to prevent injury. Physician consultation is recommended prior to participation in any exercise program.

REGISTER FOR WATER AEROBICS
Williams Drive
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7-7:45 p.m.
We focus on getting your heart rate up while having fun with a variety of cardio and strength training moves. This class is designed to reduce stress on joints and improve your endurance and range of motion without your feet touching the ground.
H2O Cardio

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8-8:45 a.m.
This energetic, deep water class is designed to reduce stress on joints while still improving your overall endurance, range of motion, and balance.
Midday Motion

Monday and Wednesday, noon-1 p.m.
This fun, shallow water class will leave you energized for the rest of the day. This class focuses on group stations that challenge every muscle group by using resistance and toning exercises.
H.E.A.R.T.
Monday and Wednesday, 7:15-8 p.m.
This late night, deep water class builds your strength and endurance with constant movement. Follow Alisa as she leads the class through exercises that focus on challenging your balance, core strength, and total body fitness.
