Water Aerobics

Come join our certified instructors as they take you through fun and exciting 45- to 60-minute routines that will give you a workout! Though all equipment is provided, participants are welcome to bring their own. Water shoes are encouraged for shallow water classes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class.

Work at your own pace and utilize any modifications necessary to prevent injury. Physician consultation is recommended prior to participation in any exercise program.

Recreation Center Programs must meet minimum participant requirements 3 days prior to start date of the course. Courses not meeting minimum requirements will be cancelled.
