Water Aerobics

Come join our certified instructors as they take you through fun and exciting 45- to 60-minute routines that will give you a workout! Though all equipment is provided, participants are welcome to bring their own. Water shoes are encouraged for shallow water classes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class.

Work at your own pace and utilize any modifications necessary to prevent injury. Physician consultation is recommended prior to participation in any exercise program.

Fees will be prorated if you start after the monthly session begins.

Midday Motion Water Workout          Shallow / Moderate Intensity

Instructor: Tiffany White

Challenge every muscle group with a collection of resistance and toning exercises. Get motivated with a cardio routine that will leave you energized for the rest of your day, all without getting your hair wet! Water enthusiasts welcome.

H.E.A.R.T. is for anyone looking to experience with non-impact movements during a unique class. Luz will get you pumped up for a quick and stimulating work out. Water belts are provided!

Silver Splash          Shallow / Low Intensity

Instructor: Tiffany White

Silver Splash offers shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. A Silver Sneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination. Space is limited, please sign in as soon as you arrive.

Included in Recreation Center Membership or Silver Sneakers Membership. Non-members must purchase a facility day pass to participate.
