Water Aerobics
Join our certified instructors as they take you through fun and exciting 45- to 60-minute routines that will give you a workout! Though all equipment is provided, participants are welcome to bring their own. Water shoes are encouraged for shallow water classes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class.
Work at your own pace and utilize any modifications necessary to prevent injury. Physician consultation is recommended prior to participation in any exercise program.

H2O Cardio
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8-8:45 a.m.
This energetic, deep water class is designed to reduce stress on joints while still improving your overall endurance, range of motion, and balance.
Midday Motion
Monday and Wednesday, noon-1 p.m.
This fun, shallow water class will leave you energized for the rest of the day. This class focuses on group stations that challenge every muscle group by using resistance and toning exercises.
SilverSneakers Splash
Thursdays, 9:15-10 a.m.
A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.Space is limited to 20 participants; please register up to 30 minutes in advance at the front desk!
