Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics at the Georgetown Recreation Center

Join our certified instructors as they take you through fun and exciting 45- to 60-minute routines that will give you a workout! Though all equipment is provided, participants are welcome to bring their own. Water shoes are encouraged for shallow water classes. Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class.

Work at your own pace and utilize any modifications necessary to prevent injury. Physician consultation is recommended prior to participation in any exercise program.

H2O Cardio

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-8:45 a.m.

Join Luz for an energetic deep water class. This class is designed to reduce stress on joints while still improving your overall endurance, range of motion, and balance.

Midday Motion

Water Aerobics class at the Georgetown Recreation Center

Mondays and Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m.

Debbie’s fun, shallow water class will leave you energized for the rest of the day. This class focuses on group stations that challenge every muscle group by using resistance and toning exercises.

Friday Fit & Fun

Fridays, 12-12:45 p.m.

Grab a friend and join us for a fun-filled deep water class. This weekly class consists of friendly competition that increases your heart rate and gets your body moving!

H.E.A.R.T. (High Energy Aquatic Resistance and Toning)

Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:30-8:15 p.m.

This late night, deep water class builds your strength and
endurance with constant movement. Follow Carol as she leads the class through exercises that focus on challenging your
balance, core strength, and total body fitness.
