Park Pavilions

COVID-19 UPDATE:

All single table pavilions are now open. Pavilions with more than one table will open on Monday, June 1 by reservation only and will accommodate up to 10 people or 25% of the pavilion capacity. The pavilions at Garey Park remain closed.

Georgetown Parks and Recreation offers several park pavilions throughout the City that can be reserved. Fees vary depending on the length of the reservation and the address of the renter.

Events held in the park pavilions may require a Parks Event Permit. Some gatherings and organized activities may place unique demands on public resources or pose a potential danger to public health, safety and welfare. In order to plan for these demands and ensure safety, it is necessary that the City of Georgetown Parks and Recreation Department receives 14 days advance notice of these events.

Some events are considered City Special Events and require a special event application for cooperation with city services such as the Georgetown Police Department, Georgetown Fire Department, Streets and Risk Management. If a special event permit is required we will make reservation and collect payment for areas to ensure availability. Payment will be refunded if permit is denied.
