Games will be played on Sunday afternoons at the Georgetown Recreation Center. League play consists of 6V6 co-ed volleyball. Game times will be determined by the number of teams that register for each division.  We will play by USAVB guidelines and use rally scoring. Pickleball

Pickleball

Pickleball

Pickleball is played on a badminton-sized court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. Similar to tennis, players use a perforated plastic ball (like a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Pickleball is a fun game that also provides great exercise. It is soft on the joints, but fast enough to keep players engaged. The game has a social aspect as well, with good-natured banter back and forth.

For information on everything Pickleball, please visit the USAPA website at usapa.org.
