Joe Ughi

All.star.fitness.cpft@gmail.com

In 2014 Joe weighed 245 lbs. and had 40% body fat, high blood pressure and a cholesterol problem. He tried to get healthier and fitter, but it just wasn’t working; he needed help and some education. At UT Austin he received that education as well as hands-on training. Applying everything he learned about fitness and nutrition, he became so much healthier: Joe lost 70 lbs, lowered his cholesterol, reduced his body fat and dropped his blood pressure to normal levels. Now a certified fitness trainer (NCSF and  W.I.T.S.), Joe believes in hard work, determination and setting goals. “Come to me with your fitness goals and get ready to work!”
