Amazing Athletes teaches the fundamentals of eight different sports and advances six key areas of motor development. Each class focuses on two different sports, in addition to mini-lessons, on muscle identification and nutrition. Coaches break down each sport-based skill into simple steps based on each child’s age and ability. Children learn the importance of patience, teamwork, and self-confidence in a non-competitive, learning-based environment that fosters a love of healthy living. Their excitement for structured physical activity promotes advancements and advantages that keep children on the path to personal well-being.
