Turn-Fit Academy’s Track & Field programs combine technical development, proper running mechanics, form and techniques, with safety as our major focus. Every athlete will have fun while learning the art of track and field, long-distance running, along with race walking! Our emphasis will be more on Track events (100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, mile run and all of the relay races), with minimal time and emphasis on field events such as long jump, high jump and shot put. Using special equipment, athletes learn the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, stretching and cool-down. As we say at Turn-Fit Academy, it’s not solely about how well you start, but rather, more about how strong you finish!

Amazing Athletes teaches the fundamentals of eight different sports and advances six key areas of motor development. Each class focuses on two different sports, in addition to mini-lessons, on muscle identification and nutrition. Coaches break down each sport-based skill into simple steps based on each child’s age and ability. Children learn the importance of patience, teamwork, and self-confidence in a non-competitive, learning-based environment that fosters a love of healthy living. Their excitement for structured physical activity promotes advancements and advantages that keep children on the path to personal well-being. Amazing Athletes classes are a great way for children to play different sports and learn what they love!
