Pool Rentals

Please Note: A submitted facility rental request form does not guarantee approval of the request. Requests are approved based on availability and are processed in the order they are received.

Applicants will be contacted by email within three business days of submitting a request form (if you do not receive a response after three business days, please check your Junk/Spam mail folders); however, applicants requesting a rental during the summer season will not be contacted prior to May 2.

Organization/Agencies
Any organization or agency (e.g. summer camp, day care, school or team) must fill out a pool rental request to use any City of Georgetown pool during normal operating hours. These organization/agency requests must be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure proper staffing. This request does not guarantee a reservation. Only one organization/agency may visit a pool at a time. All organization rentals must adhere to Texas HB59 policy, which became effective September 1, 2023.

Individuals/Private Parties
Individuals or private parties of 10 or more can fill out a pool rental request to use any City of Georgetown pool during normal operating hours. These pool rental requests must be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure proper staffing. This request does not guarantee a reservation.

Rentals at outdoor pools will take place during business hours and are only available during the summer season (June-mid-August).
