Program Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Department Cancellations:
Recreation programs must meet minimum participant requirements prior to start date of the course, typically 3 or 7 days. Courses not meeting minimum requirements will be canceled. Full refunds will be issued for departmental cancellations.

Swim Lessons/Adventure Programs/Adult and Youth Athletic Leagues:
Full refunds/transfers will only be given if notice is received 10 or more days prior to the start of a program/league. No refunds will be given if notice occurs less than 10 days prior to the start of the program.

*Aquatics: all lesson/class cancellations due to inclement weather, with the safety of our participants in mind, will be made 30 minutes prior to class whenever possible. While a single weather-related cancellation will not be made up, a second cancellation due to bad weather may be made up by adding the lost time to the remaining classes (depending on program).

*Adult Athletics: a fee will be charged to any team that no call/no shows to a game. To avoid a fee, notification must be received by noon on the day of the game. Fees must be paid prior to the following scheduled game and will differ based on sport.

Day Camps/Spring Break Camps/Summer Camps:
