Get fit, have fun, make friends! SilverSneakers classes are designed specifically for Senior Adults (60+ years) or individuals with limited mobility.

Beginner level     Intermediate level     Advanced level

SilverSneakers Classic (B/I)   Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 1-2 p.m.

SilverSneakers Circuit (B/I) The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball.  A chair is available for support.

Fridays, 9-9:50 a.m.

SilverSneakers Splash (B/I)  A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.Space is limited to 20 participants; please register up to 30 minutes in advance at the front desk!

SilverSneakers Stability (B/I) Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time.

Tuesdays, 11-11:45 a.m.

SilverSneakers Yoga (B/I)  Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.
