City splash pads open April 1; Garey Park splash pad opening delayed

Beginning Monday, April 1, the splash pads at Downtown Georgetown and Rabbit Hill Park and San Jose Park will be open from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.

The splash pad at Garey Park will not be opening on April 1. This splash pad opening will be delayed due to a mechanical issue. We are working to resolve this issue, and cannot provide an exact opening date at this time.

The splash pads will remain open through Oct. 31. Splash pads may close due to weather, maintenance protocols, or water restrictions.
